Realord Signs MOU for Malaysia Data Center Project; Shares up 3%

Realord Technology (HKG:1196) said its AI-focused unit has signed a memorandum of understanding with Longma ICI to potentially build a 300-megawatt data center in Johor, Malaysia, according to a Thursday Hong Kong filing.

The companies plan to acquire land in the region and complete the project in phases, initially bringing about 100 megawatts of capacity online.

Shares were last up over 4% in Friday late-morning trading.
