Avalanche Treasury Regains Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Compliance

Avalanche Treasury (AVAT) said Friday it regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement after its Class A shares closed at $1 or more for 13 consecutive business days through Oct. 6.

The company said Nasdaq notified it on Oct. 7 that the matter was closed, following a period of 33 consecutive business days when its closing bid price had been below $1 per share.

Shares of the company were up 6% in Friday's premarket activity.
