Yaskawa Electric Net Profit Edges Up 4.1%; Revenue Rises

Industrial robot manufacturer Yaskawa Electric (TYO:6506) posted a 4.1% year-over-year rise in attributable net profit for the fiscal first half to nearly 19 billion from 18.2 billion yen.
EPS was 73.11 yen, compared with 70.28 yen a year earlier, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Friday.
Revenue rose 9.8% to 285.6 billion yen for the six months ended Aug. 31 from 260.2 billion yen a year ago.
Yaskawa Electric declared an interim dividend of 36 yen per share.
For the fiscal year ending Feb. 28, 2027, the company expects attributable profit of 47.5 billion yen, EPS of 183.11 yen, and revenue of 600 billion yen.
