30-Year Treasury Yield Rises to 5.664%

The 30-year yield rose 0.035 percentage point to 5.664% today. The price fell 15/32 to 92 9/32.

 

--Yield is up for two consecutive trading days

--Yield is up 0.062 percentage point over the last two trading days

--Largest two-day yield gain since Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2026

--Yield is up nine of the past 10 trading days

--A new 52-week high

--Highest yield since Tuesday, May 28, 2002,

--Yield is up 1.125 percentage points from its 52-week low of 4.539% hit Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2025

--Yield is up 0.907 percentage point from 52 weeks ago

--Yield is up 1.032 percentage points from its 2026 closing low of 4.632% hit Friday, Feb. 27, 2026

--Year-to-date the yield is up 0.835 percentage point
