Samaiden Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Samaiden Group (KLSE:SAMAIDEN), has entered into a works contract and a supply agreement for solar components with Syarikat Pembenaan Yeoh Tiong Lay, according to a Friday filing with the Malaysian bourse.
The contracts cover the engineering, construction and commissioning works, alongside the procurement and supply of solar components for the development of a 99.99 MWac large-scale solar photovoltaic plant.
