Gold Circuit Electronics (TPE:2368) unit Suzhou Gold Circuit Electronics agreed to acquire a batch of operating equipment from Kunshan Dongwei Technology (SHA:688700) for 117.6 million ringgit, or NT$558.4 million.
The equipment to be used for production and operational purposes, according to a Wednesday filing.
