Fast Retailing's Attributable Profit Climbs 25% in Fiscal 2026

Fast Retailing (TYO:9983) profit attributable to owners of the parent climbed 25.3% to 542.5 billion yen in fiscal 2026, from 433.0 billion yen a year earlier.

The Uniqlo operator's earnings per share rose to 1,765.70 yen from 1,409.32 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.

Revenue jumped 16.6% to 3.963 trillion in the 12 months ended Aug. 31 from 3.401 trillion yen in the year-ago period.

Fast Retailing declared a year-end dividend of 530 yen per share, payable from Nov. 6.

For fiscal 2027, the company expects attributable profit of 560 billion yen, basic EPS of 1,825.06 yen, and revenue of 4.450 trillion yen.

The company expects to pay interim and year-end dividends of 450 yen per share each for the fiscal 2027.
