Shares of Boost Run rose after the company said it signed a five-year cloud-services agreement worth $525.6 million.
Shares were up 6.7% to $15.29 as of midday Tuesday. The stock has gained 21% this year.
The cloud-infrastructure provider said the agreement is with a leading sovereign artificial-intelligence company and covers compute powered by Nvidia's GB300 NVL72 GPUs. Acceptance of the initial infrastructure is expected to start early in the second quarter of 2027.
The agreement has a total contract value of $525.6 million and brings the company's TCV to date to more than $2.6 billion, Boost Run said.
"This agreement marks an important step in efficiently deploying our financing into contracted revenue," Chief Executive Andrew Karos said. "Our ability to deliver NVIDIA GB300 systems to leading AI companies demonstrates the strength and diversification of both our customer base and our GPU fleet."
