SK Hynix's (KRX:000660) US-based NAND flash subsidiary, Solidigm, has selected Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley as bankers for a potential US listing, Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The offering could raise about $10 billion, and the unit is working with the two banks to finalize a pre-IPO funding round, the report said.
SK Hynix told MT Newswires that its unit, Solidigm, is reviewing various options to strengthen its business competitiveness, but no specific plans have been confirmed at this time.
Goldman Sachs Group and Morgan Stanley did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
