Aritzia Price Target Lowered to CA$175 at Raymond James

Raymond James lowered its price target on Artizia (ATZ.TO) to CA$175 from CA$200 on Tuesday.

Analyst Michael Glen maintained an outperform rating on shares of the clothing retailer ahead of its fiscal Q2 results after market close on Thursday.

"Perhaps not a huge surprise to anyone following the stock, we believe investor positioning into F2Q tilts negative, with bulls reluctant to make an aggressive bet ahead of a potentially volatile event," Glen said in a note to clients.

"For moderately patient investors who remain focused on growth beyond a one quarter comp, we would stress that the ATZ growth algorithm remains intact, and expect a fuller picture of this algo will emerge" at the Oct. 27 investor day, he said.
