Jupiter Neurosciences (JUNS) said Tuesday it has started a process to evaluate strategic options, including sale or licensing, strategic partnerships, and business combinations.
The firm said it has engaged Tungsten Advisors as its advisor in the plan to maximize shareholder value. It added that there can be no assurance that the process will result in any transaction.
Jupiter also reported that the first patient has been dosed in its phase 2a trial of Jotrol in patients with Parkinson's disease, with about 30 patients expected to be enrolled in the study.
