Medical technology company Centinel Spine Holdco filed for an initial public offering.
The company didn't give a size for its IPO, nor did it offer an expected price range.
Centinel said it plans to apply for a listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol CNTL.
The company said it plans to transform spine surgery by advancing motion-preserving solutions for the cervical and lumbar spine. It added its focus is on Total Disc Replacement, saying it was a fundamentally different and increasingly important approach to spine surgery.
For the six months ended June 30, the company reported $10.2 million in net income on $85.2 million in revenue. For the six months ended June 30, 2025, the company had a net loss of $503,000 on a revenue of $60 million.
AW Alpha Capital, Oman Investment Authority, and Viscogliosi Brothers are listed among the company's principal stockholders.
