Delta Electronics (TPE:2308) subsidiary, Delta Electronics (Dongguan) acquired equipment for operating use from Chroma Electronics (Shenzhen) with an accumulated amount of around 591.9 million yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The transactions took place between Oct. 16, 2025, and Oct. 7, 2026.
