Wai Chun Bio-Tech Signs MOU for AI Data Center in Malaysia; Shares Jump 15%

Wai Chun Bio-Technology (HKG:0660) signed an MOU with partners to develop an AI digital infrastructure project at Pahang Aerospace City in Malaysia, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The project covers more than 1,200 acres and includes a planned 300-megawatt AI data center, GPU infrastructure, AI cloud and supercomputing facilities, as well as renewable energy and fiber-optic networks.
Wai Chun will provide technical support, help source cloud customers, and lead proposed RWA tokenization and potential Hong Kong listing arrangements for data center assets.
Shares rose more than 15% in Wednesday trading.
