Daiwa Office Investment Secures 6.5 Billion Yen in New Loans

Daiwa Office Investment (TYO:8976) has secured 6.5 billion yen in new loans from five banks to refinance maturing debt, according to its Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.

The loans will be secured from Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (TYO:8316) subsidiary Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Mizuho Financial Group's (TYO:8411) Mizuho Bank, MUFG Bank, The Yamaguchi Bank, and Kansai Mirai Bank.

The funds will be used to repay an equivalent amount of borrowings originally taken out in 2016, 2017, and 2019, and due on Aug. 31, 2026.
