Sekisui House REIT to Change Property Manager for Three Tokyo Properties

Sekisui House REIT (TYO:3309) plans to change the property management and master lease company for three residential properties, effective Sept. 1, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The three properties are Esty Maison Kameido, Esty Maison Oisendaizaka, and Prime Maison Asakusabashi. Pacific Development & Management will replace Sekisui House Sha Maison PM Tokyo as the manager and master lease company for all three properties, the filing said.

The new contract period runs from Sept. 1, 2026, to Aug. 31, 2027.
