Axis REIT to Buy Three Land Parcels for MYR61 Million

Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (KLSE:AXREIT) plans to acquire three adjoining parcels of industrial land with three warehouse blocks in Selangor, Malaysia, for 61 million ringgit, according to a Malaysian bourse filing on Wednesday.

The properties, with a total land area of about 29,102 square metres and gross floor area of about 16,856 square metres, will be purchased from Megalift.

The company will fund the acquisition through existing bank financing. It is targeted for completion in the first quarter of 2027.
