IRadimed reported higher second-quarter revenue as the company began rolling out its new IV pump.

IRadimed reported second-quarter net income of $5.2 million, or 41 cents a share, down from $5.8 million, or 45 cents a share, a year earlier. Adjusted earnings were 46 cents a share.

Revenue rose 0.5% to $20.5 million. The company said the quarter marked the initial launch of its new 3870 MR IV pump, with revenue from the new platform expected to ramp significantly in the second half of the year.

CEO Roger Susi said bookings were strong during the quarter, with domestic monitor unit bookings reaching a record. More than 70% of new pump orders were for the company's "quad stack" configuration, which puts four pumps on a single IV pole.

IRadimed expects third-quarter revenue of $23.0 million to $24.5 million, with adjusted earnings of 54 cents to 59 cents a share.

The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 outlook for revenue of $91 million to $96 million and adjusted earnings of $2.09 to $2.24 a share.
