Medi Lifestyle (SGX:Z4D) received a listing and quotation notice from the Singapore Exchange for up to 178.6 million new shares, according to a Thursday filing.
The healthcare and wellness company intends to place out the shares at SG$0.049 apiece through SAC Capital, raising around SG$8.8 million.
