EnGro (SGX:S44) signed a sale and purchase agreement with Sieco Asia to acquire the remaining 20% stake in EnGro (Asia) for SG$45,000, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the transaction, EnGro (Asia) will become the building materials specialist's wholly owned subsidiary.
The consideration will be paid from internal resources, the filing added.
