Odysight.ai (ODYS) closed its public offering of about 3.44 million shares of common stock, with gross proceeds expected to be $11 million before expenses, the company said Friday.
The company also granted Roth Capital Partners a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 515,625 shares at the offering price less discounts.
