CG Power and Industrial Solutions (NSE:CGPOWER, BOM:500093) unit Axiro Semiconductor Private entered into an agreement to acquire Tosil Systems Private for 164.4 million Indian rupees.
The purchase of the target is expected to be completed by Aug. 31, subject to the fulfillment of relevant conditions, according to a Monday Indian bourse filing.
Tosil engages in semiconductor and embedded engineering service provision.
