Klarna Group (KLAR) reported Tuesday it swung to Q2 earnings of $0.01 per diluted share, from a loss of $0.14 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.06 per share.
Revenue for the quarter was $1.04 billion, up from $823 million a year earlier.
Analysts had expected revenue of $996.5 million.
The company said it expects Q3 revenue of $940 million to $980 million.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.11 billion.
Klarna expects full-year 2026 revenue of $4.08 billion to $4.16 billion, down from its prior outlook of greater than $4.34 billion.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.42 billion.
Klarna stock fell 18.6% in premarket trading.
