Whitehaven Coal (ASX:WHC) logged AU$0.48 in diluted EPS for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.801 a year ago, a Wednesday filing showed.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected AU$0.3797.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$5.4 billion versus AU$5.83 billion previously, the Australia-listed coal exploration and mining company added. Analysts surveyed by FactSet projected AU$5.41 billion.
The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.06 per share, unchanged from a year earlier, payable Sept. 15 to shareholders as of Sept. 3.
Whitehaven expects fiscal 2027 run-of-mine coal production of 38 million tonnes to 41 million tonnes.
