Karman Line Acquisition said Wednesday it closed its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 each, raising $200 million.

The units began trading on Nasdaq under XTERU on Aug. 18 and each unit includes one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a redeemable warrant, according to a statement.

The company said it expects its Class A ordinary shares and warrants to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols "XTER" and "XTERW,'' respectively, once the securities commence separate trading.
