Australian United Investment Company (ASX:AUI) logged AU$1.575 in earnings per share for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.402 a year ago, a Thursday filing showed.

For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue from investment portfolio was AU$73.4 million versus AU$57 million previously, the Australia-listed investment manager added.

The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.20 per share, unchanged from AU$0.20 a year earlier, payable Sept. 18 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 28. It also declared a special dividend of AU$0.08 per share.

It said there is likely to be a "modest reduction" in income per share in fiscal 2027, due to some specific items that lifted profit after tax in fiscal 2026. It expects to maintain its current annual franked dividend of AU$0.37 per share and a special franked dividend of AU$0.08 per share.
