Shanghai Electric Power (SHA:600021) subsidiary SPIC Jiangsu Electric Power's unit 6 of its 1,000-megawatt coal-fired power project started official operations, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The unit, located in Jiangsu, China, passed the 168-hour full-load trial operation, the filing said.
