Central China Securities Forms 104 Million Yuan Fund to Invest in Digital Tourism

Central China Securities (HKG:1375, SHA:601375) and three partners have signed an agreement to establish a 104 million yuan private equity fund targeting an investment in a digital tourism company.
The securities firm's wholly-owned unit, ZDKY Venture Capital, will contribute 20 million yuan, or 19.23% of the fund, and serve as the fund manager and general partner.
The five-year fund will invest in Henan Zhongchuang Zhike Tourism, a subsidiary of Luoyang Culture Tourism Group engaged in smart cultural tourism, tourism services, and related digital businesses.
Hong Kong-listed shares of the firm were down nearly 3% in Tuesday morning trade.
