Spanning 195,000 sq ft, the project comprises 200 assisted living apartments alongside 100 nursing beds, according to an Aug 18 announcement.\nThe first phase of operations, which commenced on Aug 18, include the assisted living apartments, Perennial Wellness and The Olive Restaurant. The remaining 100 nursing beds are slated to begin operations under phase two in 4Q2026.\nThe integrated development will feature both traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and a Western medical centre. The Western medical centre houses general practitioners, family medicine physicians and medical specialists, alongside an imaging centre that offers X-ray and ultrasound services, a rehabilitation and fitness centre. \n\nThe development also includes what Perennial Holdings describes as Singapore's \"largest\" hydrotherapy pool in a private residential care setting. The rehabilitation centre combines robotic and conventional rehabilitation equipment, while the development also introduces Singapore's first private Gym Tonic studio - a strength-training programme aimed at addressing age-related muscle loss. \nResidents staying in both the assisted living apartments and nursing beds will receive personalised and curated care, says Perennial Holdings. They are also supported by a panel of medical specialists at Perennial Wellness, including a cardiologist, urologist, rehabilitation medicine doctor and pain management doctor. \nPerennial Holdings' chief corporate officer Tong Ka-Pin says about \"150 to 180 care team members will be on site to provide care and support for seniors living in the assisted living apartments\". \n\nFor residents requiring dementia care, two assisted living blocks and the nursing block are dedicated to memory care. Drawing from Perennial Holdings' experience with Perennial Alzheimer's Care Village in Xi'an, China, residents here receive dementia-focused TCM therapies, alongside a broad programme of non-pharmacological interventions.\nAll residents will also undergo comprehensive pre-admission medical assessment, followed by a six-monthly review, or as needed. Residents are entitled to an \"East-meets-West Care Package\" to ensure care plans are designed and updated regularly according to each resident's needs and health goals.\nUnder the package, residents have access twice a month to either Western medical practitioners for consultation, rehabilitation therapists for consultation and treatment, or TCM physicians for consultation and treatment at Perennial Wellness. \nThe package also includes annual health screening, preventive health and vitality treatments, including complimentary use of Gym Tonic strength training equipment and provision of relevant health vitals monitoring devices.\nFrom $7,600 a month\nThe 200 assisted living apartments comprise four layouts - studio, one-bedroom apartments, one-bedroom suites and two-bedroom suites - ranging from 302 sq ft to 569 sq ft each. \n\nUnits come with kitchenettes, floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings, with most apartments also coming equipped with private lift access. Smart-home features include remote-controlled curtains, motion-sensor lighting, 24-hour emergency response systems, as well as vital-sign monitoring, fall detection and facial recognition access. Residents can also opt for in-unit CCTV access for designated family members. \nThe basic assisted living package starts from about $8,000 a month, while the basic nursing suite starts from about $7,600 a month. \nThe assisted living package includes accommodation, housekeeping and linen services, core meals, use of the development's amenities and fitness equipment, as well as social and wellness programmes. The nursing suites include additional 24/7 nursing support, assistance with daily activities, medication and treatment administration, medical doctor reviews and rehabilitation therapy. \nAll residents enjoy the use of a personal concierge for daily errands and special requests, such as transport arrangements or grocery shopping. \nResidents can also work with the medical concierge to further personalise their care needs through optional services, including specialist consultations, specialised rehabilitation and fitness programmes, medical chaperone and grooming services. \n\nBeyond living spaces, residents have access to over 38,000 sq ft of Sky Terraces overlooking the adjoining park, a swimming pool, a karaoke lounge and movie theatre, a mahjong room, as well as a multi-purpose hall for calligraphy, arts and crafts, chess and other board games. \n\nGround-level pathways link the apartment blocks to Perennial Wellness, while linkbridges and colour-coded zones support wayfinding across the development and easy access for wheelchair-bound residents.\n\nPua Seck Guan, executive chairman and CEO of Perennial Holdings, says there is an opportunity to \"redefine what senior living can look like\" as Singapore's population ages. \n\"Our vision for Perennial Living [is] to create more than just a place to receive care; we [want] to build a vibrant community where seniors can continue living with independence and purpose, supported by integrated medical care, thoughtful hospitality and meaningful lifestyle experiences.
