ICICI Bank Prices $750 Million Five-Year Bonds at 5.417%

ICICI Bank (NSE:ICICIBANK, BOM:532174), through its IFSC Banking Unit, priced $750 million of senior bonds under the bank's $7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Program.
The five-year senior unsecured fixed-rate bonds carry a 5.417% coupon and will mature on Aug. 21, 2031, according to a Tuesday filing on Indian exchanges.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
