Spark New Zealand (ASX:SPK, NZE:SPK) appointed Non-Executive Director Vince Hawksworth as chair, succeeding Justine Smyth, according to a Tuesday New Zealand bourse filing.
Smyth will remain chair through the conclusion of the Nov. 5 board meeting, allowing Hawksworth to assume the role by chairing the company's fiscal 2026 annual general meeting on Nov. 6, the filing added.
