Ventia Services Group Secures AU$160 Million of Transport Maintenance Contracts in Victoria

Ventia Services Group (ASX:VNT, NZE:VNT) secured two contracts from transport authorities in Victoria to provide maintenance services across the state's central and east regions, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The contracts have a total estimated aggregate value of about AU$160 million over an initial five-year term, with options to extend up to an additional four years, per the filing.
Ventia will provide maintenance services across traffic signals, street lighting, and intelligent transport system assets when the contracts start on Dec. 1.
