0426 GMT - Jarden speculates that mall owner Vicinity Centres may have set a low bar for FY27 earnings. Vicinity expects funds from operations of between 16.0-16.2 Australian cents per security in FY27. That represents growth of 5.9% at the midpoint on FY26. Analyst Tom Bodor notes consensus expectations ahead of today's result were at the bottom of the maiden guidance range. "Vicinitytends to be conservative on guidance so there may be upside risk to consensus forecasts," Jarden says. It had an underweight call on Vicinity, which is up 3.2% at A$2.61.
