KCC to Return Samsung C&T Special Dividend to Shareholders

KCC's (KRX:002380) new special dividend policy will include the special dividends received from Samsung C&T (KRX:028260) as shareholder return funds, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

The company paid total dividends of 110.3 billion won in 2025, up 50% from 73.5 billion won in 2024, with a dividend payout ratio of 7.2% for the preceding year.

KCC also plans to cancel treasury shares and use them for employee compensation, while continuing to divest investment assets and return part of the gains to shareholders.

The dividend policy is part of KCC's value-up plan that focuses on strengthening core businesses, enhancing asset efficiency, optimizing its capital structure, and improving shareholder returns and communication.
