Earnings per share declined to 0.4779 yuan from 0.5049 yuan, according to a filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Operating revenue declined 4.5% year over year to 679.5 million yuan from 711.8 million yuan.
Shares of the energy company climbed 1% in recent trade.
