Guotai Junan Securities (SHA:601211, HKG:2611) indirect unit Guotai Junan Holdings issued 500 million yuan in medium-term notes under its $5.5 billion medium-term note program.
Proceeds will be used to refinance maturing debt and boost working capital, according to a Tuesday aftermarket filing.
