Bank of Changsha (SHA:601577) completed the issuance of 4 billion yuan of bonds, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The bonds have a coupon rate of 1.59% and a three-year fixed interest rate.
Proceeds will go to loan issuances to micro and small enterprises.
