Cherish Sunshine International (HKG:1094) said it completed a share placement of 118.5 million shares to seven placees at HK$0.209 each, raising net proceeds of about HK$24 million.
The company plans to use the proceeds for staff payroll, bank loan repayment, and general working capital. Seven placees participated in the placement.
