Citigroup (C) said Thursday its US Consumer Cards business agreed to acquire Kard Financial, a commerce media and rewards platform that helps banks and financial technology companies provide customers with personalized offers.
Financial details weren't disclosed, and Citi said the deal is not material to its financial results.
The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
