Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust's (SGX:SET) distributable income stood at 36.9 million euros in the first half of 2026, largely unchanged from 36.7 million euros a year earlier.
Distribution per stapled security increased by 1.4% to 0.06642 euros from 0.06553 euros, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Gross revenue fell 2.2% year over year to 105.1 million euros from 107.4 million euros.
Net property income declined 2.3% to 65.4 million euros from 66.9 million euros.
