Oracle (ORCL) and Amazon.com's (AMZN) Amazon Web Services expanded their long-term collaboration agreement to accelerate customer migration to Oracle AI Database@AWS, while adding new capabilities to the offering, the companies said Thursday.
Oracle AI Database@AWS is now available in 22 AWS Regions, while Oracle Exadata Database Service on Exascale Infrastructure is generally available, providing Exadata performance and pay-per-use economics for workloads of varying sizes, the companies said.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The expanded agreement will support continued investment in the platform and help enterprises run Oracle workloads alongside AWS analytics and AI services, the companies said.
