Grace Fabric Technology (SHA:603256) has proposed increasing its credit facility for 2026 by 500 million yuan, bringing the total borrowing limit to 2.1 billion yuan from 1.6 billion yuan, according to a Friday filing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The expanded credit facility will remain valid for 12 months following formal shareholders' approval, the e-glass fiber cloth manufacturer said.
