Maris-Tech Achieves AS9100D Certification for Aviation, Space, Defense Industries

Maris-Tech (MTEK) achieved AS9100D certification, an internationally recognized quality management standard for the aviation, space and defense industries, the company said Friday.

The certification enables Maris-Tech to pursue more prime contractor opportunities in Israel and abroad, including tenders requiring AS9100D certification.

The certification, which was issued by NSF International Strategic Registrations, covers the company's video and AI edge computing systems and is valid through Aug. 10, 2029, it added.

Maris-Tech shares were up 1.7% in premarket activity.
