Hunan Silver (SHE:002716) vice chairman Guo Qingfeng resigned, citing organizational adjustments, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The silver producer has not yet named Guo's successor.
Shares fell 6% during afternoon trading on Thursday.
