Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (ASX:CLW) logged AU$0.255 in operating earnings per stapled security for the fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.25 a year ago, a Thursday filing showed.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.30.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$194.3 million versus AU$183.6 million previously, the Australia-listed real estate investment trust added.
The board declared a quarterly dividend of AU$0.06375 per security, up from AU$0.0625 a year earlier, payable Aug. 14 to shareholders on record as of June 30.
The company expects fiscal 2027 operating earnings per security and distribution per security of AU$0.255 each.
