Telstra Group's (ASX:TLS) board cut CEO Vicki Brady's salary by AU$607,000 due to the company's nationwide network outage in July, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Still, Brady's fiscal 2026 total pay package increased 11% to AU$6.8 million from about AU$6.2 million in the previous year as the CEO "continued to build on a strong leadership track record," per the filing.
The board also determined to cut the individual performance multiplier for remaining senior executives by 10 percentage points due to the outage.
Telstra Group shares were down 4% in recent Thursday trade.
