Galaxy Digital (GLXY) and Bank Leumi said Friday that they are forming a partnership to provide digital asset trading for the Israeli bank's customers.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Bank Leumi will also use Galaxy's Custody Infrastructure platform, formerly known as GK8, to support its digital-asset infrastructure.

Under the partnership, the companies said customers of Bank Leumi and its PEPPER mobile digital banking arm will be able to buy, hold, and sell selected digital assets, including Bitcoin, Ether, and Solana, on the Leumi Trade capital markets platform.

Bank Leumi will also use GalaxyOne Institutional, Galaxy's institutional platform for banks, asset managers, and other institutional investors.

The service is slated to launch in early 2027.

The deal will make Bank Leumi the first bank in Israel to offer digital asset trading services, the companies said.

Shares of Galaxy Digital were up 1.1% pre-bell.
