Health-care companies fell amid doubts about the growth outlook for the sector.

Pfizer shares were more or less flat after Albert Bourla, chief executive of the Big Pharma company, bought $1 million worth of shares, the latest major insider purchase on the open market, following the company's second-quarter earnings report.

Luigi Mangione, who is accused of killing a UnitedHealthcare executive, pled guilty to federal stalking charges ahead of a high-profile state murder trial in New York set to begin next month.
