Jiaze Renewables Shareholders' Stake Diluted After Bond Conversions

Ningxia Jiaze Renewables (SHA:601619) said a concerted party's stake was diluted to 43.94% from 44.39% after bond conversions increased the company's total share capital to 2.94 billion shares.

The four parties-Shanghai Borong Yihong, Beijing Jiashi Longbo, Jinyuan Rongtai and Chen Bo-collectively hold 1.29 billion shares, unchanged in number, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Shares of the new energy power stations operator closed 3% lower Friday.
