Youngone (KRX:009970) has set a revised return on equity or ROE target of 12.8% or higher for the year, maintaining the level achieved in 2025, as part of its corporate value-up plan.
The company also aims to raise its price-to-book ratio to 0.8 times by 2027 and 1.0 times by 2030, while planning a share cancellation and a 50% dividend payout ratio.
The plan reflects adjustments based on market conditions, changes in commercial law, and the need to enhance shareholder returns, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
